NRS Healthcare is a specialist provider of daily living aids, telecare, wheelchairs and clinical services based in Leicestershire.

They launched their Jobtrain recruitment system in 2023 to support ambitious growth and drive efficiencies. With over 1,000 employees across the UK, they needed a robust, flexible solution to support their ambitious goals. These included empowering hiring managers to independently lead recruitment, enhancing the candidate experience, automating some screening processes, interview scheduling and easy job posting and bringing agency activity into the system with full tracking.
