In recent months, our ATS Project Team have been collaborating closely with the amazingly talented team at Jobtrain to introduce our brand new Recruitment Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Our new system has enabled us to digitise our recruitment processes, and has transformed our candidate experience into a smooth and seamless process. Not only that, our Recruitment Team and Hiring Managers across the hospital are now reaping the benefits of this user-friendly online platform.

What made you choose Jobtrain as your ATS partner?

The team has found the job advertisement functionality user-friendly and supportive, which has made a real difference in day-to-day operations. The overall flow—from advertisement to identifying a successful candidate—is much more streamlined compared to our previous systems.

What’s next for your recruitment process, or how you’re using Jobtrain?

We’re now looking to expand our use of automation features and integrate more closely with our candidate onboarding processes to create a seamless candidate journey. We also plan to enhance our recruitment reporting capabilities to support more effective workforce planning and decision-making.
