With the ability to create an unlimited number of emails, there are no limits to what can be created – emails to acknowledgement receipt of an application, interview confirmations and cancellations, onboarding, reference checking requests, and job alerts emails – they can all be generated and personalised from our applicant tracking system.

SMS messages have a 98% open rate compared to email (Mobile Monkey), so with SMS built into our ATS system that fully links up to candidates’ records, it’s a powerful tool to have at your fingertips.

Much like our email feature, SMS messages can be created as templates. Message candidates in bulk from jobs, talent pools or search results or simply send messages ad-hoc. What’s more, our text messaging platform supports two-way messaging, so candidates’ replies to text messages are saved against their history record.
