The University of Reading implemented our recruitment software to modernise an extremely paper-based recruitment process; to provide greater transparency to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and improve reporting on recruitment data.
As well as using comprehensive online recruitment software, the University of Reading has also implemented a number of optional modules to manage their recruitment cycle, including Single Sign On; a fully branded internal talent site for their own employees; vacancy and offer authorisation and our online onboarding with online referencing tool.
