“We have only been working with Georgie a for a few weeks since she became our Client Success Consultant, but in that short time I feel we have already built up a great working relationship and have started a journey of improvement together for both the University and Jobtrain.
Georgie is both professional and supportive, she has gone above and beyond to help myself, my managers and the team to improve our knowledge of the system, helping us get the most out of Jobtrain to improve what we do and how we do it, together with coming to the rescue when we have been asked for something which the team and I were unable to do and/or still being trained to do on the system. Nothing is too much trouble for Georgie and we would not have made such progress to date on the efficiency improvements we so desperately need to do without her support.
She is organised, efficient, funny and patient (especially with me), we really enjoy working with her as she has such positivity with a lovely approach and manner. This is a great example of partnership working at its best and she has made such a positive impact. The standard of professional support with Georgie and Gary Towers before her, is excellent and I just wanted to say thank you to Georgie, Gary and to yourself, as it has been very much appreciated.”
