The University of London is a federation of 18 independent member institutions of outstanding global reputation, ranging from larger universities such as UCL or King’s College London to smaller specialised institutions such as the Royal Academy of Music or the Courtauld Institute of Art. It makes UoL one of the largest, most diverse universities in the UK with over 120,000 students in London, and a further 50,000 studying across 190 countries for a University of London degree.
Our applicant tracking software is used for University of London’s central services, and is managed by a central HR Services team who take care of job advertising, interview coordination, offer/contract generation and pre-employment checks. Hiring Managers have access for the purpose of screening, which is anonymous and varies between an individual, or by a panel based on Hiring Manager preference. In conjunction with idibu and UoL, we worked with jobs.ac.uk to deliver their first integration for automated job posting.
