Having used our Jobtrain ATS since 2023, Unique Senior Care implemented our applicant tracking system to improve the efficiency and reach of their recruitment.Its key objectives were to streamline the hiring process, save time, fill vacancies more quickly, advertise roles more widely and gain better visibility and tracking of onboarding activity.
