St Columba's Hospice Care

St Columba’s Hospice Care provides specialist palliative and end-of-life care to people with life-limiting illnesses across Edinburgh and the Lothians. Their multidisciplinary team offers support through inpatient care, community services and outpatient clinics, helping patients and their families navigate difficult times.

To support their ongoing growth and commitment to service excellence, St Columba’s Hospice Care has partnered with us to enhance and streamline their recruitment. They have now started working with our team on scoping and implementation and will begin recruiting through our applicant tracking system in Summer 2025.

Their goal is to streamline recruitment through greater automation, improve the candidate experience with a smoother online application process and enhanced careers information and get better insight into recruitment data such as diversity and time-to-hire.
