A charity headquartered in Glasgow, Sense Scotland specialises in social care that supports people with communication support needs associated with complex and sensory disabilities and their families.

Working alongside our implementation team initially, followed by their Jobtrain Continuous Improvement Consultant, Sense Scotland’s objectives when implementing our ATS include:

• Automating more processes – reducing admin burdens and removing manual processes using workflows, approvals and communications
• Improve processes through better reporting of recruitment data and insights – using the ATS’ reporting tools, Advanced Insights BI reporting and capturing core metrics to gain meaningful MI that can be used to improve constantly.
• Increase engagement and attraction with the candidate audience – through rich media job adverts, free job board advertising and the use of the Welcome Hub for new hires to reduce drop-off after the offer.
