NHS Property Services is a UK government-owned company. It exists to help the NHS get the most from its estate and ensure that it is fit for purpose for healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care. Its portfolio is one of the largest in the UK and comprises of more than 3,000 properties across England – a total value of more than £3bn that represents about 10% of the total NHS estate.
