Before Jobtrain, recruitment at NHSPS was heavily manual, involving lots of paperwork, spreadsheets and forms. The team faced issues with data accuracy and time-consuming, repetitive tasks. Watch the video to learn more.
The team talked about how Jobtrain has transformed recruitment at NHSPS, bringing transparency, reducing hiring times and allowing recruiters to focus more on building relationships with candidates rather than paperwork.
NHSPS shared their positive experiences of using Jobtrain, especially the cost-saving impact. Through automating tasks and streamlining recruitment, NHSPS has significantly reduced recruitment costs. The reduced reliance on external recruitment agencies has lowered expenses, allowing funds previously allocated to agency fees to be reinvested directly into NHS services and property management.
Our platform’s user-friendly nature has also helped them minimise time spent on manual tasks, helping to boost productivity and enable recruiters to focus on candidate engagement and quality hires.
The Onboarding and compliance process is now managed through our ATS platform, creating a seamless, single-login process for new hires. The team talked about how positive this change has been received, with candidates and team members noting the efficiency and ease of the digital approach.
NHSPS has seen a notable reduction in time-to-fill metrics and improvements in other recruitment metrics, with an average of 31 days to fill a role, showcasing the efficiency gains from Jobtrain.
