A world-class visitor attraction, the Natural History Museum first opened its doors in 1881 and since then has gone from strength to strength. With over 5 million visitors each year, their 900 staff are employed in a variety of roles and are key to the success. Their people hold the passion and drive that helps drive their mission to create advocates for our planet, as well as to inspire millions to care about the natural world.
The Natural History Museum implemented Jobtrain to upgrade how they manage their recruitment. Having managed recruitment in the same way for a period of time, they needed an ATS that would better support their candidates, Hiring Managers and HR team. By implementing Jobtrain in 2024, The Natural History Museum’s goals are to improve the candidate journey, streamline processes, drive efficiencies through automation and transform their reporting and measurements through better recruitment insights.
