Education
Kilkenny and Carlow Education and Training Board (KCETB) is a statutory education authority in Ireland, established in 2013. They operate in 30 locations, have 15 schools and colleges, 13,092 learners and 5,263 students.
They provide a network of centres and hubs offering programmes such as apprenticeships, adult literacy and post-leaving certificate courses. KCETB also oversees youth services and coordinates Music Generation to promote music education for young people. With over 1,300 staff and an annual budget exceeding €80 million, KCETB is co-funded by the Irish Government and the EU.
They went live with our Jobtrain applicant tracking system in April 2025. Here’s what Christine, Head of HR at KCETB said about Jobtrain:
“It has been a pleasure working with the Jobtrain team. Their professionalism, support, and expertise has been invaluable and greatly appreciated. The system is now up and running, and we are already seeing many benefits for our recruitment team, Principals, Centre Managers and candidates”.
