After successfully navigating a thorough tender process, we were delighted to work with and launch several ATS solutions for the greater.jobs Group! Made up of twelve Jobtrain solutions – eleven local authorities and a customer portal – our fantastic implementation team turned around scoping, build and training all within a matter of weeks.

Once live, our ATS solutions across the various divisions will manage recruitment activities for over 9 million users, 400,000 registered applicants, 60,000 advertised jobs, and 10,000 job alert subscribers.

greater.jobs, a collaboration of local authorities in Greater Manchester, along with GMCA and TfGM, has gone live with Jobtrain’s applicant tracking system (ATS) to support their recruitment, onboarding and reporting capabilities. This move marks a significant advancement in streamlining public sector recruitment processes across the region.

Jobtrain, a provider of recruitment technology based in Altrincham, Cheshire, has been selected to support the recruitment processes for greater.jobs. With over 20 years of experience in providing applicant tracking systems, Jobtrain has developed a robust solution tailored to meet the complex needs of public sector recruitment.

greater.jobs serves as the central hub for employment opportunities, with roles ranging from apprenticeships to senior management and everything in between. The implementation of Jobtrain’s leading-edge recruitment platform is set to transform the recruitment capability across the authorities, providing a seamless, data-driven, and user-friendly platform for all stakeholders and users.
