Education
Donegal Education and Training Board (Donegal ETB) has chosen Jobtrain as its applicant tracking system (ATS). It’s the largest education and training provider in County Donegal, with more than 1,500 staff and around 34,000 learners each year. We’re proud to welcome Donegal ETB to our growing number of Education and Training Boards across Ireland that are already recruiting with Jobtrain.
Donegal ETB is the statutory education and training authority for County Donegal. It manages 15 of the county’s post-primary schools and 18 further education and training (FET) centres, and it also provides outdoor education at Gartan, music education and youth services.
Committed to improving the way they recruit, Donegal ETB wanted to make applying easier, give candidates a better experience and provide a system that works for everyone. With roles across schools, FET centres and services all over the county and its islands, the ETB needed a single platform that could handle all of its hiring in one place.
Jobtrain gives ETBs one platform to manage recruitment across every school, college and centre. That includes high-volume teacher campaigns, roles that recur every year and the reporting public bodies rely on. Each ETB also has a dedicated team supporting them from set-up to go-live and beyond.
As well as Donegal ETB, Jobtrain works with many organisations and ETBs across Ireland, including:
