Autism Plus

Autism Plus is a charity based in Yorkshire that supports adults and young people with autism, learning disabilities and mental health conditions. Founded in 1986, the organisation provides a range of services including supported living, employment support, residential care and social enterprises, helping individuals lead more independent and fulfilled lives.

In 2023, Autism Plus implemented our applicant tracking system to improve recruitment experience and enhance operational efficiency. Their goals were to streamline the end-to-end recruitment process, reach a wider pool of candidates, reduce time to hire and make reporting on recruitment activity easier. As we recommend to our new clients, Autism Plus also used this as an opportunity to review their processes and adopt best practice across their hiring approach.
