As the operational leasing and fleet management division of Societe Generale, ALD Automotive is the second largest vehicle leasing operation in Europe and manages over 1.5 million vehicles across 43 countries worldwide.

ALD Automotive approached Jobtrain in 2014 with the view to deploy an applicant tracking system within the UK business and went live with Jobtrain in early 2015. Key objectives were to streamline recruitment processes and ensure consistent recruitment across the various teams.
