Advance Housing & Support

Established over 40 years ago, Advance is a charitable organisation that provides housing, support, employment and other community based services to meet the needs of people who have either a learning disability or a mental health problem.

In 2015, Jobtrain were one of a number of providers invited to tender to deliver an applicant tracking system. We came highly recommended by one of our clients and we were thrilled to be selected as Advance’s chosen partner. Prior to Jobtrain, Advance’s recruitment was very much paper based so their key objective was to centralise and streamline their recruitment process by taking advantage of some key Jobtrain functionality.
