Rising workforce demand and vacancy growth from 2022 pushed time-to-hire up and created operational strain for Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (LP NHS Trust).
Legacy processes depended on multiple systems, manual communications and mail-merges, with avoidable rework, challenging visibility for stakeholders and information risk. The Resourcing team set a 37-day SLA but performance slipped as volumes spiked and demand and workload increased.
The LP NHS Trust team implemented Jobtrain as an alternative applicant tracking solution to NHS Jobs. The combination of the recruitment transformation project and the new single recruitment software solution has delivered both large cost savings and efficiency gains.
