We set-up your vacancy authorisation form within Jobtrain and create the different approval workflows (i.e. who needs to sign off which type of vacancy). Different people can be assigned to approve different roles.

Hiring managers can have their very own tailored access to Jobtrain if required, where they can raise new jobs for approval and select the relevant approval chain and send them directly from Jobtrain.

The vacancy approval form and any supporting business case content are sent to each approver via email as an attachment. Approvers read the request and indicate their response by clicking ‘Approve’ or ‘Decline’ within the email – they can even add comments and it works with smartphones too.

The approval process is fully automated and all activity is logged and easily tracked within Jobtrain.
