We understand that in reality, circumstances and a business’ objectives can change. As a result should you find you no longer need some features, you’re not left paying for functionality that you no longer need.

One example of how adaptable Jobtrain is, is mirrored in our longest standing client, who we’ve been working with us for over 16 years! They now employ 8 times as many people now than what they had when Jobtrain first began working with them. They also now operate globally.

Once you are up and running (and if you’re keen to be hands on), you have access to settings in Jobtrain to change many different areas of your solution including but not limited to:

In terms of our online recruitment systems and their capability, we use the very latest technology including virtual platforms built on fault tolerant and resistant technology across multiple nodes. We also have burstable bandwidth connectivity both of which ensure that the solution can cope with the most demanding requirements.

Single Sign-On

An increasing number of companies want their users (employees) to access Jobtrain without the need for even more login details. This can be achieved in Jobtrain with what’s called Single Sign-On (or SSO for short). Single Sign-On is essentially a session or user verification process that allows a user to use and enter just one name and password in order to access a number of applications or software.

Jobtrain is compatible with various Single Sign-On methods including OpenID, GoogleID, Windows Azure and CAS. However we are happy to chat about other methods, just drop us a line or give us a call.

Hosting

Jobtrain and all our clients’ data is hosted in the UK across our Tier 2 co-located datacentres in London. Our hosted solutions are ISO27001:2013 certified.

Security

Security is paramount for all our clients and the data we process for them. We invest heavily in the most robust and secure infrastructure available.

We’ve deployed VeriSign SSL with Secure Site Pro with Extended Validation throughout our solution.

Our hosted solution is ISO27001:2013 certified and Payment Card Industry, Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant.

Our infrastructure and application is routinely penetration tested by a 3rd party too.

We have a standard Information Security Policy, which we are more than happy to share on request


 


ATS Compatibility

Compatibility

The beauty of Jobtrain is that we host (look after) all the technology and deliver the Jobtrain online recruitment service via the Internet and so compatibility with your IT systems is not necessary.

All you need to access Jobtrain is an internet connection and a web browser. Jobtrain is compatible with all currently supported internet browsers.

When we start working with a new client, we do ask your IT team to complete a quick questionnaire, just so we understand how your company accesses the internet, etc. We’ll sometimes make the odd recommendation, to ensure you get the best performance from Jobtrain.

How long will it take to implement Jobtrain’s online recruitment software?

It’s very simple, as about 85% of every solution is configured rather than developed, so most solutions are delivered in 8-12 weeks.

Do I need to be technical and does Jobtrain need input from our IT team?

You don’t need to be technical at all, so don’t worry. We look after all the technology side of the solution, we rarely need to call on your colleagues in IT.

When we start work with you, we’ll need a chat and some help from your web team (or whoever looks after your main website) so that we can ensure your candidate pages adopt your website’s look and feel.

If we are integrating with your HR system or you want a Single-Sign On solution, we would need a few conversations and input from your IT team to make it happen.

We have a fantastically experienced technical team here and we are happy to answer questions and seek solutions to anything that might crop up from time to time.
