HR, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition run through Jobtrain’s DNA with many of our team having come from a HR or Recruitment background. We are proud that the average tenure of our senior leadership team is 15 years and this commitment and belief in our mission runs throughout our entire business.
Our mantra is ‘don’t just be good, be brilliant’ and on this basis everyone’s knowledge, ideas and input for positive change and innovation are highly valued. We challenge the norm and constantly seek new ways to improve and refine all that we do. All new projects, be they operational, service or product focus are made up of teams of individuals from across our business, regardless of seniority or years’ experience. Everyone brings their own unique ideas and perspective, and we value that highly at Jobtrain.
Many of our team have grown with the business and we focus on developing talent internally and benefitting hugely from supporting apprentices and interns who have chosen to grow their careers with us.
