We set-up your vacancy authorisation form within Jobtrain and create your different approval workflows (i.e. who needs to sign off which type of vacancy) – you can have many different people signing off different roles.
Your hiring managers can have their very own tailored access to Jobtrain, where they can raise new jobs for approval and select the relevant approval chain and send them out directly from Jobtrain.
The approval form and any business case are sent out to each approver via email as an attachment. Approvers read the request and indicate their response by clicking on the ‘Approve’ or ‘Decline’ links within the email – they can even add comments and it works with smartphones too.
The process is fully automated and all activity is logged and easily tracked within Jobtrain.
