Who is Wavin?

Wavin UK is a member of the Wavin Group – the world leader in plastic pipe systems for residential, non-residential and civil engineering projects.

Taking back control from recruitment agencies and spreadsheets!

Wavin employ 1,200 staff and prior to using online recruitment software, nearly all of Wavin’s recruitment came through recruitment agencies or expensive advertising. Wavin were managing recruitment with email and spreadsheets.

But with the help of automated job board postings, combined with a very attractive careers site and a candidate friendly application process, it’s enabled Wavin to turn the tables with nearly all new employees being recruited directly and at much lower costs.

Wavin implemented and went “live” with Jobtrain’s candidate management system in 2014.
