Following a recommendation by a current Jobtrain client, Henderson approached Jobtrain in the summer of 2016 to explore new ATS options to help with their trainee and graduate recruitment campaigns.

Henderson needed Jobtrain to be up and running really quickly to manage their graduate campaign. With a really quick turnaround in just a matter of weeks, Henderson is now using the Jobtrain applicant tracking system to manage their high volume graduate and trainee recruitment programmes.
As well as using Jobtrain’s comprehensive standard applicant tracking solution, Henderson has chosen to implement two additional modules with integration with SHL online testing and also a branded internal candidate site, just for Henderson’s own employees.
